The library now provides an all-access subscription to The Wall Street Journal. You only need a free WSJ account and our Wall Street Journal access link.
Step 1: Create a free WSJ account. If you already subscribe to The Wall Street Journal, you will need to create a free account with a different email address.
Step 2: Go to colonielibrary.org/wsj and click the blue button to access our subscription code.
Step 3: Enter your library barcode.
Step 4: If prompted, log in to your free WSJ account.
Step 5: Enjoy! For the next 72 hours, you can access WSJ at wsj.com.
Step 6: To continue access outside of the library, you will need to return to colonielibrary.org/wsj and click the blue access button every 72 hours. Inside the library, access is always available as long as you are logged into your free account.

In addition to The Wall Street Journal, the library provides online access to The New York Times, as well as Times Union and America’s News. America’s News includes the Troy Record, Daily Gazette, other local interest papers, and news outlets from across the nation.
